Happy one year anniversary to me and my health change! Exacty one year ago today I had Ed take the picture on the left and thus began this journey to lose weight and get healthy. It's been such a wonderful experience. NOT EASY but I can't say it was torture either! The benefits far out weigh the hardships I endured. Today Ed took the pic on the right. I haven't been this happy in so long! Getting healthy really does change your life. I'm not just saying that to be dramatic. It really does! Oh and guess what?! You don't need to buy any special foods or drinks. Just count those calories and exercise. That's all you need to do. Seriously.
