10th Birthday!

Well, John had his very first "friends not just family" birthday party the Saturday before his big day. I told him he could only invite 3 or 4 of his friends and every one of them came! He was so very excited! And you know what? I didn't take ONE picture of the party. I forgot my camera!!!! I was so very bummed about that. We had the party at the local bounce house with pizza, chips, and cupcakes. He had a blast and it seemed that his friends did too.
On his birthday we had a little family get together. For his birthday dinner he wanted fried chicken, corn on the cob, Green Apple Jolly Rancher jell-o, Red Baron brick oven pepperoni pizza, and baked french fries. Everything made it to the table except for the jell-o so I say we did pretty good getting just about all his fixin's.  He had a great birthday week!

We put sparkler candles on it because you know it's a Harry Potter cake afterall! :)

....and the candles relit over and over. Poor boy had to work hard to get that wish!

A Camper set we got him has now turned into a fatality. Bles the poor man. His arm has been broken off already.
