Not much is going on here lately. Spring has sprung and we are enjoying the weather (it's gonna be in the 80s all weekend!). We will be planting the garden Saturday and Heritage Days in Obion County is going on at the fairgrounds too. I'll be sure to take pictures of that. John Arlie is doing great. He's full of energy and spends most of the day outside. He is such a fun loving kid! Tonight is the YW Camp Dinner and Dessert Auction. I think I've figured out what I'm gonna make for it. Whoopie Pies. It's a cute little cream filled sandwich cookie that was popular back in the 1950s. We've had them several times and enjoy them. Ed's last day of school was yesterday and his instructor grilled huge steaks for all of them. How nice! Now he will be busy with our outdoor projects and there are A LOT! That's what he loves so he doesn't look at it as work. I'm glad about that!
